Dr. T. Kent Vye
Dr. Vye graduated in 1985 from the University of Health Sciences,
College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri.
He then moved to Detroit, Michigan, where he completed his rotating
medical internship at Garden City Hospital. Dr. Vye relocated to Yakima after his internship and has been practicing here
Dr, Vye retains the following certifications:
Board Certified Family Medicine, received in 1994.
Board Certified Addiction Medicine, received in 2002.
Dr. Sophie Gomez
Dr. Gomez is a practicing internist of 28 years, having received her medical degree from C.E.T.E.C. University in the Dominican Republic. She received her B.S. (Psychology), at Tulane University, in New Orleans, La. Dr. Gomez, completed a three year residency in Internal Medicine at the Albert Einstein Bronx Lebanon Hospital in the Bronx, New York. She furthered her studies on a post graduate level in the Endocrinology Dept. at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Gomez is a certified Suboxone Physician.
Dr. Gomez is bilingual/bicultural fluent in Spanish and English. She is professionally committed to quality and accessible health care services.
Dr. Gomez, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 1995. She balances career with family, friends, and outside interests in art history, travel, and fitness, as a certified Zumba instructor. She is an aficionado of jazz, vampire literature, German shepherds and Cajun cuisine.
